Key Management Personnel:
Timothy J. Trankina
is the founder and President of Peachtree Settlement Funding. In 1984, Mr. Trankina received a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He attended law school at Georgia State University where he earned his J.D. in 1989. While completing his law degree, Mr. Trankina also received his Masters in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.
James D. Terlizzi
is Peachtree's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Terlizzi graduated from Rutgers College with a B.A. in Economics in 1986. Mr. Terlizzi then attended Rutgers University Law School in Newark, New Jersey where he earned his J.D. in 1989.
Craig M. Lessner
is Peachtree's General Counsel. Mr. Lessner graduated from Rutgers College at Rutgers University with a B.A. in Business Administration (Certified Public Accounting option) and English in 1984. Thereafter, Mr. Lessner was employed by Arthur Andersen and First Fidelity Bank as an auditor. During that time, Mr. Lessner passed the C.P.A. exam and subsequently attended Rutgers University Law School in Newark, New Jersey, where he earned his J.D. with honors in 1989.
Sergio Salani
is the Senior Vice President of Peachtree. Mr. Salani received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Salani enrolled in Drexel's M.B.A. program and received his M.B.A. in 1990. Mr. Salani then received this J.D. in 1994 from the Temple University School of Law.
Paul Benk
is a Vice President at Peachtree. In 1983, Mr. Benk received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Mr. Benk worked in the commercial real estate industry from 1984-1991 in the capacity of salesman, principal and property manager.
